Which phonics patterns are covered?

Short-vowel CVC words (cat, dog, pig), CVCe / silent-e (cake, bike, home), the four common consonant digraphs (sh, ch, th, wh), and rhyming words across ten common rhyme families.

Are these aligned to Common Core?

Yes. The packs map to CCSS RF.K.2 through RF.1.3 — phonological awareness, decoding, and spelling-sound correspondences.

Can I use these for intervention with older students?

Yes. Many 2nd–3rd grade teachers use the CVC and digraph packs with students who need extra phonics practice; the bingo format makes it feel like a game rather than remediation.

Do I need anything beyond the printout?

No — just printer paper. Bingo markers (chips, pennies, crayons, dry beans) are optional.
